Reduce povetry with skill based education

End to child labor

One of the major issue many countries faces is child labor, malnutrition and if the child is a girl they have to face worse things, as an individual few can contribute for a cause, not all as the world is becoming mechanical, to put the idea in nut shell divide and conquer, raise the small amount of fund by selling unique products, out of the box thoughts and do merchandising through UN and UNICEF with some international tax benefits for these products so more fund can be raised, one such idea is Social fashion. (check ref for details)

Probably the UN online volunteers can promote the product(social fashion) after its launch, to raise the emergency fund,by using their social site account, just like the ice bucket challenge, so the idea reaches faster and gets promoted quickly.
For Children - Emergency Fund Raising To Save Generation

Moreover some countries may not receive foreign aid, due to the lack of improvement they have shown and due to their corrupted politics in their countries, so UN may need to have an alternate plan for such countries.

This idea is targeted to a different customer segment, the non-working customer segment as opposed to the usual working segment, so there is a good prospect that this idea succeed with minimum risk.

Keeping the welfare of the children and developing nation's future UN needs to decide on taking up on such an idea. This idea will have an impact in the future generation in many way as mentioned below:

Importance of Education when imparted:

  1. Awareness to disease.
  2. Population Control.
  3. Importance of having peace without war.
  4. Better leaders, with better society. There is a lot of psychology, involved behind both the idea, when you see the history of great leaders, the leadership qualities were induced in this age group (child - youngsters e.g. Kamaraj,Periyar,Gandhi etc. ) let them learn what is poverty, gender equality and famine at early age, by probing into the topic, That’s why i choose to have a product which attracts this age group, it is a matter of 2 or 3 decades, if this works we can raise a human focused generation and in turn better leaders.
  5. More entrepreneurs to create more jobs.
  6. More innovators in their field of interest, preserving creativity through the artistic thought, by having the aerial orientation of the design, child can think more. This idea is based on abacus (please check ref) this is most important, in future we will be having crisis for water, food, job, medicine, economy etc. so we need better leaders with creative solutions, no country can progress until they invest in research and innovative students. As per
The Debate: Climate change heats up threats to children (UNICEF) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7zCS2DFM0NU we can pass the issue to future generation, but how can we ask them to solve it ? With less time to respond and with no unique thoughts ?
  7. Better gender equality in the society.(social fashion intended for children and youngsters, they can realize the importance of woman in the society and what is going on other country gender gap, reduces at an younger age where the psychology of a child gets the foundation, let them analyse what is poverty, famine and gender equality. The idea has been intentionally chosen to be a women centered, to have major contribution from women just to show the power of woman when they work as team, though male can contribute with the bracelet version of the idea, please check the ref for detail idea). others ref for Education importance and aid (UNESCO Research on : Importance of aid and Education).
The only cons seen in this idea is the

  1. Technical execution of the idea,
  2. Belief that the idea would succeed
  3. Some risks involved in decision.
The cons of this idea can be addressed, by performing  a small market research on this idea.

Probably one of the reason, these org avoid this idea, because of the risk, they feel that by doing merchandising, along with other companies would help in raising funds, merchandising like 1$ contribution from flight tickets etc  may help to some extent, but while promoting a product like t-shirt etc may not work, as youngsters doesn't seems to be impressed by such products, and are not ready to contribute for the second time, this is a thought these org, needs to decide! with social fashion, they will be able to raise a good amount of aid, if not in India at least in other countries, as
  1. art work of a child is been included,
  2.  for a good cause,
  3.  and it can address the obesity as well using nuts,
Nuts reduces Obesity : http://www.foodnavigator-usa.com/R-D/Nuts-From-candy-to-nutritional-dynamite-Few-foods-have-experienced-such-a-renaissance-says-scientist

which is been faced by some countries.More over based on UNESCO (Ref UNESCO Research on : Aid for poor countries facing an issue.) report certain countries won't get foreign aid, as there is no progress in these countries, so to address this issue an alternative idea needs to be implemented as soon as possible.

If this idea succeeds we can save a generation, but this idea needs to be led by UN.It would be helpful if some journalist or someone in media could share this idea to UN. So probably they would get an insight of this idea and its importance, not only in terms of raising the fund but as raising a better generation as such which is important in future.

The idea of jewellery it self can be used to promote the cause, as many people will come to know about it and will do the contribution, and some social message as well can be communicated in it, the more the message strikes the people, we can see the change for e.g. stop smoking campaign can be done. In a way it can be used to awake the sleeping humanity.

The only way to provide education for all is by overcoming the poverty, to overcome poverty we need to pay a stipend as an monetary motivation for the children. There should be a change in education, it should be more of a skill and creative stuff.

We can have interactive radio sessions at places where skilled teachers are less, nothing can take the place of a teacher but till we achieve enough number of teacher student ratio, probably we need to take the help of the technology where ever possible at an affordable rate.

"The fund allocated to education is less in some countries, if this kind of ideas gets a support from the government, probably the fund raised can be used to keep the attrition rate of teachers down, if that is not possible some investment could be done on the infrastructure, like internet and computers, so that some programs like Granny Teaches (as mentioned in TED by Sugata Mitra) can be used, to keep the education going, or if some student volunteers from different timezones are willing to teach, they can be used for the good purpose probably a certificate will keep them motivated"

To make a change, probably the first feminist generation should be created across the country at all levels, once the first generation comes into existence, it will be a chain reaction, more youngsters will keep supporting gender-equality. So to form the first generation either the government should execute the stipend model or the org like UNICEF should work with the govt to execute such programs Along with this programs aggressive campaigning needs to be done for child labour and women education by highlighting their importance. The importance of repetitive campaigns can't be underestimated in any issue!"

There are many youngsters, looking to work with org like UNICEF, probably UNICEF can guide and implement this idea through the youth advocacy this idea is not limited to a particular country.:

I have been trying to share this idea for almost 2 years, but it seems the approach which I took was probably not correct, I used short stories and poems as a way to communicate, and at times mail ids which will bounce back the mails, but probably as an individual it won’t work with limited contacts.
As i am not in field of journalism as well, If as a team if we work, probably we may see a change in the society if not immediate at least in future. But in case if we fail to do this now, we may fail in achieving this in future as well.
