Future Generation and brain storm

Future Generation and brain storm

1. How to build a good social network within a corporate, so many corporate invest heavily in social initiatives but at times employees' ideas get missed out and don't reach the desired people. Some organizations conduct the week for SDG where employees can share ideas in short form unfortunately social genes come up there out of some 50,000 ideas people use likes and comments to win the challenge and not all do have strong followers.

How an every deserving idea get a chance to be heard, improved and get recognized what's your suggestion for such an employee/employer?

2. Poverty can't be just won by funding, how far we can have a donate a skill initiative some organization does it where skill gets imparted to underprivileged students one of the dreams of Kalam sir of 2020 of India with education system with skill base how far corporate can help to give such an exposure, catch them young was one such initiative by leading software companies, can a new part-time workforce be had where a skill gets imparted by the companies and in turn, they can be involved as a contractor on live projects and groom their skills?.

What are the difficulties in achieving them?

This is for students who crossed 18years, some countries train kids farming, skill to serve foods especially japan does. This teaches the importance of nature and recycling how far it's achievable everywhere?

3. Having the internet at the nook and corner of a country is very important. So many online courses are available from companies like udemy, upgrade, youtube but all are in English how important a language is to make it a success a small initiative like having a tower in a rural area does help can companies/university adopt a village/district school and provide the necessity to those kids and people? They may explore an alternate market and workforce by having a better brainstorm within an organization to strengthen those ideas some tips can be

We can use toastmaster, arts as a medium to get those ideas even the employees may feel recharged during lock-down/hectic projects indirectly it acts as a mental health healer how far these are achievable the art as an therapy can be used to address depression with proper planning in a right way can help in improving an employees work life balance a thought that all corporate needs to check.

4. We can't ignore the role of AI in the future, can companies who invest in them have social experiments by having tie-up with upcoming university courses. They do have a program like a campus connect can they come up and encourage students to come up with the idea and where these company can outsource their skill to complete these projects for a cause, in a way they can groom their workforce and future leaders with design thinking and AI the future technology which world needs.

5. We have an autonomous university, it would be good if a skill forced education system to get imparted where 80% theory and 20 practical what policy are needed to bring such changes into action what is needed how can we achieve?.How an autonomous education system pertaining to current system be developed from grassroots  level? organization like https://honeybee.org/ are present how we can learn from them and impart in education systems?

6. How far it is important to have volunteers from corporate can an NSS kind of approach be used in corporate where credit points get imparted and visibility gets provided to them or as a part of the appraisal process be it considered?

Life is a rat race, but it can be made meaningful with frequent breaks where an employee can take some mental health break leaves to be part of a social volunteer this can be checked by having an online voting system. Can corporate be able to try such a policy?

7. The green city initiative we can find a way to reuse the old laptop/mobile working or not working it can be given to students or people in need by having a tie-up with the actual companies in some countries this kind of initiatives done to recycle old products can a skill-based training be impacted to the people in a rural area where they can work at offline hours after their regular chores or day time jobs with a minimum toolkit to fix these gadgets with google translated video scripts?

8.Last but not least it would be good to have a corporate community for social welfare a closed linked in community open for all employees and all corporate with no boundary which doesn't get adjudged by likes, is there a way such ideas get read by the corporate leaders, if so how? Out of say, 10,000 ideas 20 may be good but how can we shortlist these 20 can an AI algorithm be developed and used for this? What's your say? Creativity cannot be limited to an area they are powerful we can learn and grow from each other social cause may be one such platform where collaboration and delegation can be used better without reinventing the wheel.
