Design thinking future innovators.

Design thinking future innovators.

  1. Promote fun stuff on the cartoon channels where kids are the creators.

cartoon shows with advertisements can be designed by kids and can be telecast weekly.

  1. Hidden words of advertisement: how far subliminal messages

can be used for a positive change ?

  1. Kids learn from people of their own age, even the cartoonist/animators

get to their level to impress so the same pattern needs to be used.

This NGO team uses volunteers to educate students and teach kids

If such NGO can be integrated the message can be passed on

            better at a younger age.

  1. A picture speaks more than words, use art competition as a medium or

ask kids to frame a short animation film with a theme.

The idea is not about selecting a winner it is about educating them

while they explore creating characters and animation.

  2. Be part of the wheel without reinventing a wheel: By nature how gender equality

can be made fun while learning is what we need to do by using empathy,

if possible have an integrated approach.

Future Generation and brain storm

Future Generation and brain storm

1. How to build a good social network within a corporate, so many corporate invest heavily in social initiatives but at times employees' ideas get missed out and don't reach the desired people. Some organizations conduct the week for SDG where employees can share ideas in short form unfortunately social genes come up there out of some 50,000 ideas people use likes and comments to win the challenge and not all do have strong followers.

How an every deserving idea get a chance to be heard, improved and get recognized what's your suggestion for such an employee/employer?

2. Poverty can't be just won by funding, how far we can have a donate a skill initiative some organization does it where skill gets imparted to underprivileged students one of the dreams of Kalam sir of 2020 of India with education system with skill base how far corporate can help to give such an exposure, catch them young was one such initiative by leading software companies, can a new part-time workforce be had where a skill gets imparted by the companies and in turn, they can be involved as a contractor on live projects and groom their skills?.

What are the difficulties in achieving them?

This is for students who crossed 18years, some countries train kids farming, skill to serve foods especially japan does. This teaches the importance of nature and recycling how far it's achievable everywhere?

3. Having the internet at the nook and corner of a country is very important. So many online courses are available from companies like udemy, upgrade, youtube but all are in English how important a language is to make it a success a small initiative like having a tower in a rural area does help can companies/university adopt a village/district school and provide the necessity to those kids and people? They may explore an alternate market and workforce by having a better brainstorm within an organization to strengthen those ideas some tips can be

check my short story:

Sharing as a short story: https://storymirror.com/read/english/story/joker-inspired-by-graham-bell/8nmkpyus

We can use toastmaster, arts as a medium to get those ideas even the employees may feel recharged during lock-down/hectic projects indirectly it acts as a mental health healer how far these are achievable the art as an therapy can be used to address depression with proper planning in a right way can help in improving an employees work life balance a thought that all corporate needs to check.

4. We can't ignore the role of AI in the future, can companies who invest in them have social experiments by having tie-up with upcoming university courses. They do have a program like a campus connect can they come up and encourage students to come up with the idea and where these company can outsource their skill to complete these projects for a cause, in a way they can groom their workforce and future leaders with design thinking and AI the future technology which world needs.

5. We have an autonomous university, it would be good if a skill forced education system to get imparted where 80% theory and 20 practical what policy are needed to bring such changes into action what is needed how can we achieve?.How an autonomous education system pertaining to current system be developed from grassroots  level? organization like https://honeybee.org/ are present how we can learn from them and impart in education systems?

6. How far it is important to have volunteers from corporate can an NSS kind of approach be used in corporate where credit points get imparted and visibility gets provided to them or as a part of the appraisal process be it considered?

Life is a rat race, but it can be made meaningful with frequent breaks where an employee can take some mental health break leaves to be part of a social volunteer this can be checked by having an online voting system. Can corporate be able to try such a policy?

7. The green city initiative we can find a way to reuse the old laptop/mobile working or not working it can be given to students or people in need by having a tie-up with the actual companies in some countries this kind of initiatives done to recycle old products can a skill-based training be impacted to the people in a rural area where they can work at offline hours after their regular chores or day time jobs with a minimum toolkit to fix these gadgets with google translated video scripts?

8.Last but not least it would be good to have a corporate community for social welfare a closed linked in community open for all employees and all corporate with no boundary which doesn't get adjudged by likes, is there a way such ideas get read by the corporate leaders, if so how? Out of say, 10,000 ideas 20 may be good but how can we shortlist these 20 can an AI algorithm be developed and used for this? What's your say? Creativity cannot be limited to an area they are powerful we can learn and grow from each other social cause may be one such platform where collaboration and delegation can be used better without reinventing the wheel.

Change makers a theory

Ideas to change

1) Role of media and education system: in raising a better generation: In the 90s there has been a priority in advertising saving a girl child, polio there were campaigns but not seen in an era of technology-driven probably priority is not there. Use student's force by integrating it with NSS and give them recognition for innovative as, apzap, street play, local radio community where bed time stories of pinnochio and cindrella can be narrated to young kids a program dedicated for better parenting in local languages by communication students as part of university ideas.

2) long term plan: use psychology in addressing the issue of violence in any form, change it as an education policy have it as part of schools at least as a subject, apart from having laws as a topic to know your rights. A crime occurs due to a lack of empathy, see how empathy can be raised in a generation.

Few materials go share.

3) short term plan: with increasing crime rates law needs to seek guidance from technology, biomedical, and body language experts. Once people we're good fearing and spilled the truth but we are no longer in this era, the law should seek advice by monitoring body languages and experts evaluation and see the possibility of using lie detectors and chemical psychology tests above witness and evidence, there should be the installation of CCTV cameras where ever possible esp public spaces including villages at corners of streets powered by solar lights.

ref Lie-Detector Test

4) Collaborative education policy. If the fund is a problem, the nearby colleges and universities should be given an adaptation policy of the villages where they can implement the innovative ideas of their student to develop a village, be it a road laid with plastic waste, be it a technology of CCTV cameras built out of discarded mobile/laptop cameras. Use students from various domains to work in tandem to address an issue by changing part of education policy where students from various backgrounds medical, engineer, management, politics, media all work together as a team for addressing the social issues with innovation.

5) Better Parenting : Oxytocin levels are the same irrespective of gender, so raise a generation that shares the load with each other to raise a better family. Threat others the way you need yourself to be treated then there will be a change in society.

Stop Harassment

Stop Harassment
The main concept that can be feasible as of now is a campaign from students.

I agree that the government and parents have a role to play in education, but in a country where the illiteracy rate is high, it's going to be difficult and not going to happen soon. Rather than teaching someone, it's better to use empathy, Giving kids with the task, use the street play, write short poems in the native language, sketches/photography, College Radio in the local language, whatever art form, that can convey the message better and after few years ask the people in the community to contribute the same. Apart from communicating the message, the level of communication as well needs to be changed. It's about putting a message in the unconscious mind. Few simple things like narrating about Pinocchio to both girl and boy child can change their personality instead of Cinderella. When it comes to the student, they can use social sites to share the thoughts, it's just the usage of repetitive messaging, this can be part of NSS(National social service) for India. But in other countries, they were asking for a valuable certificate for volunteering, which could help in their career.

More emphasis needs on long term ideas, they are about

  1. Take the video of the person harassing and moreover be a person who stops it, when one person takes the initiative, others start following them.
  2. Keep the emergency numbers and update the details in apps like safetcity so it helps people to note the area is not safe and the safety team can work with the officials on the needs.
  3. Campaigning using students use journalist article to reach students. http://vramanusocialthoughts.blogspot.in/2014/08/advertisement-and-campaign-from-public.html
  4. Advertisement with the help of the Government in Radio and television. http://vramanusocialthoughts.blogspot.in/2014/08/government-initiated-campaign.html
  5. Articles through students and another journalist.
  6. Social Site Viral Advertisement promotions.
  7. Children spend more than 80% of the time in school and the Internet than with parents so this is the best place where they can be thought about gender equality and if required feminism subjects can be introduced.
  8. Ref Safer World for Women Long Term:  http://vramanusocialthoughts.blogspot.in/2014/08/dream-of-having-safer-world-forwoman.html
Ref: to interview of UN Woman India in  Documentary India-A-Dangerous-Place-To-Be-A-Woman

“We need to value women in this country, equally to have gender equality in this society to stop the rape and molestation of women.”

  1. The change won’t happen in a day or so, probably steps should be taken from all sides including government, on the law. http://vramanusocialthoughts.blogspot.in/2014/08/law-and-order.html
  2. Students and youngsters through communicating through their arts. As mentioned above.
  3. A journal by writing an article with some suggestions and spreading the message to fellow journalist to communicate in local languages, so the ideas get spread across the countries in local languages as well.
