Attempt to reduce child laborer

1. Poverty: Though we have seen more people realizing the importance of education, poverty is forcing the children to go for work in young age.
2. Stipend: One of the ways the poverty could be reduced if we can provide a stipend which is better than that of what a child gets, in this way a child can be saved from exploitation. This can be given based on monthly basis or day basis which should be decided by the government.
3. Raising the fund: By birth every child are creative, So we can get simple sketches or other creative works from the children and transform it to a tangible product. 
4. Generating Employment: Get the Sketches and send it to factory department,these department could be (Existing product manufacturing company), or a village woman oriented works,  We can manufacture products from a simple Handkerchief,  T-Shirts with design, Tattoos, Mobile covers, bags, book covers, bangles, wrist watch, ear rings etc. If Government of the country not interested in creating on their own they can sell the content to other companies in other countries, the creative work alone.
5. Pricing: We can keep the price of the product + Creative work of the child. Say if a kerchief costs around X outside, the product cost .75X + .25X Creative work of child. This product can be delivered to the college by a college student or they can place a big order during their cultural events where commodities like T-Shirts and other accessories can be done having the works of the children.
6. Advantage of Concept: Unique products will be produced, with a limited quantity, the product will be unique and only around limited stocks of the products will be produced so in this case students can have unique products.
7. Spread of the Message: The message to be spread to the Government to take this plan, students can perform skits, viral advertising, short films through u-tube etc during their cultural events, where more students will be attending and the higher officials will be attending. The usual social Medias like face book, twitters can be used to promote the cause.
8. Basic ideas: Many people would have seen children in street, but couldn't do much, so if they want to do something for these children just buy the product. We may buy a recognized brand, but we can create a brand for the future generation. It gives a satisfaction that some thing we have done for these children rather that just depicting child laborer.
9. Business Life: As the products been produced falls under day to day usage, we will get more orders. So this will succeed if students likes. 
10. With this the Child not only gets a stipend for his family, but they also gets the necessary education and the retains a creative mind. It will make their life better. The fund raised can be used to run the orphanages also. 
11. We can export the products to other countries, the people who have migrated to other countries will buy it, and it can make good amount, as they are doing it for their country. 
12. We can use Social Service teams in college to spread the message, to people who are not aware about the program. 

These can reduce the crime at early age, as most of crime in young age are done for money and food.

Few things like, the stipend will be provided to the students who will pass in first attempt only will motivate them.

These are just few examples of the products, I feel the students can come up with better accessories. But initially this can be tried with few of the important accessories which a college student wears and where demand is more, with a minimal capital investment.
