Safer world for women Probably if some ideas shared below gets implemented, at least there will be better world for women, and children, at least in coming days. It would be good if you can share this idea to some sociology, media students once you get an understanding and see if they can do this as a project from college through your network :). The main concept that can be feasible as of now is campaign from students. So there should be a series of other punishment in between the current punishment and the extreme punishment.
